Kabbalistically it is known that within these types of “narrow” times, there is a great opportunity to draw Light into the challenges we and the world are facing. It is in these times of Paradox that great power exists.

So, what can we do during this period?

1. Align our Consciousness.

We may see, feel and experience challenges and chaos, but this is the moment to awaken the understanding that light is concealed during this period.

This is the time to practice PAUSING when something occurs that seems negative.

When we pause and do not react to what we see; when we hear the voice inside us that triggers fear, and we say “No thank you!” —these are the moments when we activate Healing.

How?

Being at peace during times when our logical mind says otherwise activates a circuit of energy that restores wholeness.

And in fact, the Hebrew word Shalom that means peace is intimately related to the word Shlemut which means wholeness.

Because what is healing really? Restoring what is broken or lacking —it is returning to a state of wholeness.

Our minds are extremely powerful. The conscious action of maintaining peace amidst challenges creates a powerful circuit of energy that fills empty spaces and lack with Light, restoring wholeness to our body, mind and heart.

2. Use Sacred Tools.

You may recall that this month is astrologically the lunar month of Cancer, the month when there is potential for the seeds of physical cancer to be created within our bodies, relationships, business, etc.

Today happens to be the full moon of Cancer, when the full expression of the potential energies are strongly flowing in the universe.

It is no coincidence this period is also the period of time ruled by the 72 Name for eliminating plague, aka cancer. 

During this time you may meditate on this 72 name and call its three ruling angels: Namuel, Lamsiel & Kasinael. Scan this name from RIGHT to LEFT.

✵ SEE the 72 Name and these angels hovering over any of your own body parts in need of healing or protection.

✵ SEND the angels to anyone you know suffering from the effects of cancer —as the patient, the caregiver, or the loved ones affected.

✵ SEND these angels to cancer centers, hospitals, chemotherapy infusion centers…

Ask them to support any person who enters those locations in need of healing.

Ask them to provide strength, clarity and compassion to the doctors, nurses and technicians working at these locations.

Ask for these professionals to be supported and assisted in acting as Divine Channels of Healing for their patients.

3. Use the Zohar.

If you have the Pinchas Zohar {the section for Healing and Protection}, now is the time to use it.

Another powerful secret is that this week is the special energetic window related to the Pinchas Zohar. It began last night and culminates Saturday night (July 27). 

We cannot even comprehend how many divine secrets are coded within this section, including how this window always falls within the three weeks of narrowness. Because as we touched upon, within darkness there is always great light —we just need to know how to connect with it.

You can see the Pinchas Zohar sort of like standing at the gate of a portal of brilliant Healing Light. The Aramaic text are the keys to opening the gate, allowing you to access and direct Healing energy to wherever it is needed. 

Remember, you don’t need to do anything but scan the letters —letting your eyes fall over them from right to left.

✵ As you scan, meditate to envelope areas in the world experiencing conflict and war with Light. Surround all those suffering with Healing Light. 

Remind yourself that there is nothing that Source cannot do.

And you are asking now for Source to create the most benevolent outcome for ALL, through innovative ways that no one can even imagine at this time.
