TWO THINGS you can do to make the most of the Gemini energy:

1. Gemini ✨Light✨ Work
If you feel it’s too much to meditate and connect to the energy of Gemini for 30 days, commit to at least connecting on the first day.
Meditate on the letters of the month: Resh and Zayin. By connecting with these sacred letters, you are supercharging your ability to draw and balance the energies of this month.
While you are connecting with the letters, meditate to connect with the positive qualities of Gemini, and to rise above the negative {see the lists below}.

Geminis have the ability to see things from different angles, which lends to a higher propensity to criticize.
Also, their gift of Communication is a double-edged sword. It can make them great speakers, writers, teachers, etc. BUTTT can also create a tendency to say too much, say the wrong thing, or speak without sensitivity to other's feelings.

⫸ Ask yourself: How often do I use my thoughts & speech to criticize?
Much of our criticism of others comes from shame or feeling unworthy.
When we feel good about ourselves, we have much less interest in what others are doing wrong. But in the areas where we feel we are falling short, that is where we tend to criticize.
Feeling less than, lack or damaged leads me to criticize others. I may even begin to search for the same shortcomings in others to feel like I am not the only one.
Remember: If you see something that bothers you in someone else, this indicates it is also in yourself. We can use the energy of Gemini to honestly search where we are shaming ourselves, and then also shaming others.
✵ Gemini Journaling Meditation ✵
Get out two sheets of paper {make sure they are two separate sheets}.
Don’t worry about what you are going to do with this journaling. It is just an exercise to reveal some of your unconscious beliefs to your conscious mind.
⫸ On the first piece of paper, make a list of any areas that come to mind where you feel less than, lack, damaged, shameful…
Let this flow and write things down stream of consciousness-like. Remember, no one is going to see this. This is a purifying action we are taking.
Keep writing until the energy and thoughts stop flowing. Then, hold the paper in both hands and take one more moment to channel any feelings or energy that you no longer want into the paper.

Can be as small as I have good hair 😄
Or as large as I once helped a person who was really struggling get out of a difficult situation ❤️
Keep writing. Once it starts to flow, ideas will keep coming. And that is what we want to connect to. Because:
When I see the good in me, it helps me see the good in others.
When I see my intrinsic value, I can connect with the value in others.
Now, take a look at everything you wrote. It is helpful to see the amount of items all together like this. It reminds us of how much value we have and bring to the world just by being alive.
