Step One: The Lists

It’s time to take inventory of your past year. Grab a few sheets of paper for this exercise! And set aside about 15-30 minutes for this step.

Sit with your eyes closed and take a deep, cleansing breath. Try to recall any moments in the past year that you wish you could re-write or remove completely.

Think—things you did or said that hurt someone (knowingly or unknowingly), times you caused pain or loss to yourself or others, things you did or said that you wish you could take back, even when you didn’t act or speak up when needed and it lead to pain or damage in some way…

Let it flow…Don’t overthink this. As you recall something, jot it down.

Now, take a look at your list.

Which of these jumps out at you as something that if it was healed/repaired/removed would make the biggest difference in your life today?

Circle them now. And set aside time in the coming days to do the following meditation for each {try devoting 15 minutes a day to going through the ones that you circled using the meditations below}.

Step Two: The Meditations

We are going to use three of the 72 Names of God to help us call back any energy lost during these moments from our past year that we’ve identified. Remember, using these sacred codes calls specific angels to support you with very specific tasks. In this case, it is going back in time—quantum travel to the “scene of the crime”, cutting ties, all energetic cords attached to this person/place/event that is still draining your energy, and calling back the sparks of Light back into your life here and now.

Close your eyes. Take a deep cleansing breath, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Repeat this 2-3 times.

Visualize yourself sitting in a movie theater. You are sitting comfortably, and looking up at the screen. 

The screen flashes and you see this 72 Name projected onto the screen. This is the name for Time Travel. Read the name from right to left. Repeat reading the name from Right to Left over and over again a few times. With the support of the Angels and your powerful mind, connect with the Quantum Field.

Read from Right to Left!

The screen flashes and you begin to see a movie playing—it is the movie of the moment from last year that you’ve identified as being the one you would like to re-write. Recall this moment, the things you see, smell, feel, the sounds in the environment, and the words you are saying or being said to you.

You don’t need to focus on this too long. Once you see the movie playing up on the screen, another 72 Name illuminates brightly and fully covers the screen.

Read from Right to Left!

Read the name from right to left, over and over a number of times. This is the name for Letting Go and Cutting Cords. As you connect with this name and its Angels, feel the energetic cords attached to the people, place and things in this moment being cleanly cut. The name is like a laser beam cutting all cords and all avenues that drain your vital life force energy.

And like a laser, as it cuts, it also cauterizes or seals the areas. It is a safe way to detach from these etheric points that have been negatively affecting you.

Now, a third 72 Name flashes onto the screen. Read this name from right to left a number of times. This is the name for Calling Back Sparks of Light. Ask the Angels to support you in retrieving all sparks of your Soul that fragmented during this challenging moment. Call back all the Light lost back to your Soul.

Read from Right to Left!

Bring your attention back to yourself sitting in your chair in the theater. Take a couple deep breaths and then connect with your physical body…wiggle your fingers and toes, gently begin to move your body... 

Finally, give thanks to the angels for their assistance in this sacred work today!

Step Three: Re-Choose

You’ve done some amazing work with the previous steps. Now, you have the opportunity to choose again. The cosmic opening that begins this Wednesday evening (Oct. 2nd) gives us all the power to move into a parallel universe—a New Life, a New You.

What will your new movie be for the year ahead?

Don’t choose limitation.

Don’t choose the same old life you have been living.

Don’t choose small goals.

Think:

Limitless.

The old you was stuck in a trance that kept you bound by limitations.

The old you chose small goals because you didn’t believe you could make a difference.

The old you listened to the critical and judgmental thoughts that flooded your mind when you received inspired and intuitive guidance.

Take some time to journal about what your Limitless Self and Life looks like this year.

What is the Unique Light that your Soul came to share?

And because it is unique to YOUR SOUL, only you can do it?
