Awakening Healing + Drawing Light

The Hebrew word for the month of Taurus is Iyar and it means “I am God your Healer”. 


It is also known as Ziv or “Light”.

The spring zodiac signs of Aires, Taurus and Gemini compromise a three column system —Taurus being the left column which means it has the strongest ability of all the spring months to draw Light. 

We can harness this ability to draw Light into the places in our lives that are dark and in need of Healing. Just as a seed eventually grows into a beautiful flower after being buried under the dark earth, we may heal, sprout and emerge from our darkness.

This process may feel a bit challenging because it will expose our wounds in order to heal them. But thankfully we may meditate on sacred letters to powerfully connect us with the healing energies of this month.

The Aramaic Letters

The Aramaic/Hebrew letters are powerful tools for connecting with the Light.

Much like product bar-codes or QR codes, each letter contains a packet of information which is processed in seconds by our eyes, just as when a bar-code is flashed in front of a scanner.

Our eyes are amazing and powerful vessels for receiving information. They are the window to our conscious mind, our subconscious mind and to our Soul.

✅ Tonight (and Wednesday), take some time to meditate on the Letters of the Month —let your eyes fall over each letter from Right to Left.

✅ Study the shapes of the letters and trace the outline of each letter with your eyes. Allow your eyes to receive the energy and activate the mind and soul.

✅ Contemplate the numerical values of each letter which will activate the energy even more.

✅ Close your eyes. See if you can recreate both letters in your mind's eye.

✅ Call to mind any wound or area in your life in need of healing. See Healing Energy and Bright Light flow from the letters Peh and Vav to these areas. Keep focusing and flowing the energy, and when you feel it is complete for you, send this Healing and Light out to any person in your life in need of support.
