The Kabbalastic Tree of Life is an ancient symbol of meditation used to elevate consciousness, and to circulate and balance energy, among many other things. The Tree includes Ten Energetic Centers arranged upon Three Pillars.
Meditation upon the Middle Pillar is one of the foundations Qabbalah in the Western Mystery Tradition as it draws down the Light from the Endless {the Light from our Soul} down through the energetic centers along the central column. No problem!
Even if you are new to meditation you will benefit from the three included meditations because each recording will guide you every step of the way. All you have to do is sit or lie down, relax and follow along.
How long are the meditations?

Meditation Two | Meet Your 72 Name Angels is 27 minutes long.

Can I download the Meditations to listen offline?

Will I learn how to Channel or open up my psychic gifts?
Short Answer: No. You will not be learning how to channel or how to open up your psychic gifts with this Guide.
I strongly advise against opening up to channel too quickly, especially if you are an empath, very sensitive to energy; or particularly, if some of your psychic gifts are already online.
In these cases, what is required is strengthening of your field, using safe yet potent tools to command energy, and elevating your frequency and consciousness. When this is in place, channeling and receiving information reliably through your psychic centers occurs naturally. Angels are packets of energy always surrounding us, waiting for us to connect and activate their power.
The name “Angel” is commonly used today in the Abrahamic religions, but these packets of energies are found in nearly all spiritual systems and religions, with differing terms to label them.
What is Aramaic/Hebrew?
Aramaic/Hebrew is the language of Angels. Each sacred letter of the Aramaic alphabet is infused with a unique energy of the Light force of God, Source Energy, or whatever name you use to describe this Infinite Force.
When these letters were combined to create an Angel’s name, it created a unique energetic signature which can be used to contact them --an energetic signature that has been used to contact that Angel for more than 4000 years.
Therefore, the Aramaic/Hebrew names of your Guardian Angels are like a phone number. When you scan their name with your eyes, meditate or say their names out loud, they come to your side to listen and support you.
